Ideological Psoalistic Ombraism
Ideological Psoalistic Ombraism is the deliberate use of propaganda, deception, obfuscation, and manufactured ambiguity to distort perception and impair understanding in the service of an ideological agenda.

Psoalism attacks the truth-content of communication, whilst Ombraism attacks the conditions under which truth can be recognised.
The first says, in effect, “believe something false.” The second says, “make it sufficiently difficult to determine what is true at all.”
That gives the phrase a stronger meaning than simply “ideological misinformation.”
It encompasses situations where an ideological actor doesn’t merely promote a false narrative, but deliberately creates a fog of competing claims, euphemisms, contradictions, distractions, and uncertainty so that coherent evaluation becomes difficult.

A compact formulation could be considered to be :-
Ideological Poalistic Ombraism is the ideological weaponisation of distortion and obscurity: the deliberate production of persuasive falsehoods and epistemic darkness to shape what people believe and impede their ability to determine what is true.
